More Than 8,500 Women Wait To Hear
At 3:00 pm EST today, a hearing will be held at the Baltimore City Circuit Court on the final approval $190 million class action settlement between Johns Hopkins Hospital and the approximately 8,500 plaintiffs involved in this class action lawsuit.
The women were patients of Johns Hopkins’ gynecologist Dr. Nikita Levy, who allegedly took secret photographs and videos of his patients during exams and other procedures, and who was also allegedly committed sexual boundary violations during treatment of his patients. The proposed settlement recognizes the value of women’s rights in our community, state and nation.
Counsel representing the plaintiffs will provide a brief update following the hearing.
