Gloria A. Worch focuses her practice on professional malpractice. She has successfully represented clients in medical malpractice and other complex cases for both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the judicial systems of Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. Gloria handles litigation in all its phases including investigation, depositions, motions practice and trial. Her advocacy skills, motivation, effective communication skills and tenacious approach to complex litigation has consistently yielded successful outcomes for her clients.

Gloria has prevailed in numerous dispositive motions, has taken and defended hundreds of depositions and has successfully tried medical malpractice cases to verdicts throughout Maryland as well as in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Gloria has made presentations to clients and other attorneys on medical malpractice and health care, medical records issues and medical documentation errors as well as HIPAA and other confidentiality issues.
