Schochor, Staton, Goldberg, and Cardea, P.A. has filed an anonymous class action suit on behalf of patients of Dr. Nikita Levy, a former Johns Hopkins gynecologist, police say secretly recorded exams and then killed himself after the recordings were discovered.

Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, which operates a clinic where Levy worked, are named as defendants. The suit includes allegations of negligent hiring and supervision by the hospital and physician’s group and seeks $70 million in damages.
