On Tuesday, Jonathan Schochor, Managing Partner of Schochor, Staton, Goldberg, and Cardea, P.A. and lead counsel in the Dr. Nikita Levy class action lawsuit against Johns Hopkins Hospital, was featured on CBS News with Charlie Rose to discuss the $190 million proposed settlement that was preliminarily approved for former patients of the gynecologist. Dr. Levy is accused of secretly photographing and recording video of women during examinations.
