Partners James Cardea and Jonathan Goldberg of Schochor, Staton, Goldberg, and Cardea, P.A. obtained a $461,000 verdict in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County against Timothy Souweine, M.D. The case involved a failure to timely diagnose and treat lung cancer resulting in the death of Carl Palmer at age 79. Mr. Palmer is survived by his wife and 6 adult daughters.
