Partner Jonathan Goldberg of Schochor, Staton, Goldberg, and Cardea, P.A. obtained a $403,000 verdict in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County against Sarabjit Anand, M.D. The case involved a failure to appropriately treat a bleeding ulcer that resulted in the death of Rhodell Wood, Sr. at age 68. Mr. Wood is survived by his 3 adult children.
