Just 2 years after the firm’s founding, Kerrie joined us as a young secretary. Since then, through hard work and determination coupled with superior intellect, Kerrie became one of the firm’s leading paralegals from whom others seek advice. Indeed, over her 35 years, each chapter in her book led her on a journey that has left a legacy within SSGC’s history.
She has been founding partner Kerry Staton’s right hand (she will say boss) who can anticipate what he needs and performs the tasks impeccably. They are a perfect team. Kerrie’s pursuit of perfection, determination and commitment are reasons why the firm operates so smoothly and has become so highly rated and widely recognized.
Throughout her tenure, which was blessed by a marriage and son who is now a college graduate, Kerrie has dedicated herself to SSGC and our clients and has developed valuable friendships—some so close she remains friends with many former employees.
