Plaintiffs, v. ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF WASHINGTON, a corporation sole, d/b/a ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHDIOCESE OF WASHINGTON
Plaintiffs, John Doe, Richard Roe, and Mark Smith, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby oppose the motion to dismiss filed by Defendant Roman Catholic Archbishop of Washington, a corporation sole, d/b/a Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington. The grounds for Plaintiffs’ opposition are set forth more fully in the accompanying Memorandum of Points and Authorities. WHEREFORE, for the reasons set forth herein, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court enter an order DENYING Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.
