In this segment, we hear from Warren in Baltimore who discusses his experience with a dermatologist who failed to diagnose a blemish on his face that he was concerned about. Unsatisfied with the dermatologist’s response (that the blemish was nothing), he got a second opinion and discovered that he indeed had basal cell carcinoma, a form of skin cancer usually caused from overexposure to the sun. Warren discusses his options going forward with Frank.
